Kota Kinabalu: Police have taken statements from all eight individuals, including two women, believed to be involved in alcohol consumption at the Likas PKRC (quarantine centre), near here, Wednesday.
On Jan 17, a 12-second video footage showed a man holding a can of beer while speaking to another person in the presence of others in the same room and has become a hot issue on social media. A bucket-full of beer was shown towards the end of the clip.

In monitoring and enforcing the Movement Control Order (MCO), he said police cumulatively issued compounds to 1,043 individuals from Oct 13 to Jan 20.
