SANDAKAN: Barber shop and hair salon operators here have appealed to the Government to allow them to operate during this Movement Control Order (MCO) 2.0 to enable them to survive.
“Previously, we have proven that we have complied with the conditions set by the authorities and no clusters have emerged from the sector, and we are confident that we can do the same this time,” they said.

(pic), said there have been no cases reported from the industry since it was allowed to operate from June 2020 compared to other industries such as the glove-making sector that contributed quite a number of Covid-19 cases.
