Kota Kinabalu: The skill involved in making sticky rice cakes for Chinese New Year is a tradition handed down through generations which will never fade.Popularly known as “Nian Gao” this is a must-have delicacy for the Chinese during the celebration. Gooey and sticky in texture, the rice cake is a favourite among both the young and the old.
