LABUAN: Import and sales of tobacco-related products such as cigarettes and vape will continue to be allowed at duty-free shops here without duties until further notice although the three-month deadline set by the Ministry of Finance (MoF) had expired on March 31.
The Director-General of Customs issued a circular to this effect on March 31 to all state directors/zones, advising them not to enforce the duties/taxes for such products until further notice.
