Philip Among to be charged with Unduk Ngadau molest tomorrow (June 10): Report

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah politician Philip Among (pictured) embroiled in an Unduk Ngadau contestant molest investigation is expected to be charged tomorrow, Malay Mail reported.
The Sabah Star member will be charged under Section 354 of the Penal Code for using criminal force to outrage modesty, Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Hazani Ghazali was quoted as saying.

Hazani said there may be more charges against Among but he declined to elaborate.
The beauty contestant, in her police report on May 21, accused Among of groping her in his car and office after a photo shoot at a bridal studio.
Among was arrested on June 3 and remanded until tomorrow to facilitate an investigation which has interviewed 12 people including other beauty contestants.
