KOTA BELUD: A police report has been lodged by a 25-year-old after his father’s personal details and photo of the latter being issued a summons under the Prevention and Control of the Infectious Diseases Act 1988 went viral. The man, who only wanted to be known as Piqul, claimed that the photo seemed to imply that his father was receiving a “Certificate of Appreciation”.
