Kota Kinabalu: Day-care and childcare centres in Sabah are only allowed to operate at 50 per cent capacity from 6am to 6pm as part of updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under the Movement Control Order (MCO) 3.0.
They are only allowed to open for children of parents who are either both frontliners or essential workers, with permission to operate from the Sabah General Welfare Services Department and related agencies, subject to SOPs.
