Kota Kinabalu: Businesses in Sabah and Malaysia are reminded to prioritise cash flow over profit in this trying time of pandemic restriction measures, with many firms reporting a drop in business up to 80 per cent.

“With unclear direction, how long can your company stay afloat? Society is changing fast. Business needs to change with it. Consider gaining profitability at lower operation costs. For example, reduce workforce by 25 per cent or more, but preserve your core team. Consider reducing losses, control costs to breakeven sales, and improve profit margin,” exhorted G&A Space founder Dato’ George Lim (pic) on Tuesday, June 8.
