Kota Kinabalu: Embattled lawyer Marcel Jude Joseph
(pic) has filed a suit against an association and its president for defamation in criticising his submission that touched on the Unduk Ngadau pageant.
Marcel named Shalmon Sanangan as first defendant and Persatuan Pengamal Adat Sabah, which Shalmon is the president, as the second defendant.
