TAWAU: Former commanding officer of the 516 Regiment of the Territorial Army for East Coast, Brigadier General (B) Tan Sri Datuk Liew Yun Fah, suggested that “outreach” vaccination programmes be conducted at villages and suburb areas so that rural communities get vaccinated soon as possible.

He said many in these areas have yet to register for vaccination through the MySejahtera app due to no Internet access or without handphones.
