RM120,000 CBT: Two YUM officers charged

TAWAU: A Yayasan Usaha Maju (YUM) Semporna Branch Manager and YUM Semporna Loan Supervisor were charged in the Special Corruption Court with 29 charges of criminal breach of trust amounting to a total of RM120,760.60 ‘loan’ involving different ‘applicants’ in three districts - Tawau, Sandakan, Lahad Datu.Abd Hari Lahairi, 39, and Abd Wafi Muhadar, 36, however, pleaded not guilty after the charges were read to them before Judge Abu Bakar Manat.
