Kota Kinabalu: The sudden surge of Covid-19 cases reported in two prison centres prompted PKR Sabah Youth to call for expediting the implementation of the Release-on-licence programme for inmates in the state.Its Youth Information Chief Razeef Rakim said the measure will help address the overcrowded problem in prison cells and eventually result a less virus infections people inside the secluded jail compound.
