TAWAU: The Chinese Chamber of Commerce Tawau and Tawau Agriculture Association have raised about RM600,000 from members of public in five days and believe they can reach the target of RM1 million soon for the purchase of hospital equipment in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.
Organising chairman-cum-President Chia Seong Fatt (third left) said, the two organisations are seeking help from the public to contribute generously as Tawau General Hospital is in urgent need of these equipment.
