An elderly man who broke his leg being rescued.
PENAMPANG: Firefighters rescued an 89-year-old man who broke his leg while trying to escape a landslide which occurred in front of his house in Kg Sugud, at 8am on Friday.It is understood that the fire and rescue teams had to clear mud and cut off tree branches to reach the victim.
The Operation Commander, Jamaludin Husin said, they received a report on the incident at 8.19am and deployed nine personnel to the scene.
