KENINGAU: The Sabah Housing and Town Development Authority (SHTDA) will formulate a new policy for house ceiling price next year due to the increase in the prices of construction materials and transportation.Its Chairman Datuk Masiung Banah did not discount the possibility that there will be an increase in the prices of SHTDA properties because of the rise in the prices of imported construction materials, apart from other increased costs, like wages and land prices.
