PENAMPANG: The three siblings did not waste time but climbed to their 15-foot rooftop for safety when the flood level started rising very fast in kg Ponongkuhon in Sugud, here last Thursday.Andrea Hurbert (24), Agneta (21) and Abigail (19) did not realise what was coming and had to think fast.
