INDUSTRIAL hemp could be a potential new cash crop for Sabah if it is developed in the State, said Moyog Assemblyman Datuk Darell Leiking.
“Is there any proposal for industrial hemp cultivation in the State?” he asked in a supplementary question to Deputy Chief Minister cum Agriculture and Fisheries Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan at the State Legislative Assembly sitting, Wednesday.
