KENINGAU: Police arrests a man who was active in shop and office burglary activities around the town last week,” said the District Police Chief, Deputy Superintendent Shahrudin Mat Husain.He said the 28-year-old man who was doing shop burglary activities in the town area on Sept 17 was arrested by the police base with the information provided by the community.

“The suspect has been active in shop and office burglary activities around Keningau town since early last year and will be investigated under Section 457 of the Penal Code,” he said.

He said the items seized included a vehicle used by the suspect, safe, cigarettes of various brands, make-up bags, perfume, mobile phones of various brands as well as accessories, vehicle repair and care equipment and other stolen items.
