Kota Kinabalu: The Federal Government should get the Armed Forces and other Federal agencies to help rebuild the homes of flood victims in the State.Chief Liaison Officer of Luyang Assemblyman Chan Loong Wei said this should include providing rescue services for victims in the severely affected Kg Sugud and Kg Maang,
