Kota Kinabalu: Pakatan Harapan (PH) is expected to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the GRS State Government soon to establish bipartisan cooperation for the sake of political stability.

The MOU would almost be similar, although not as detailed, to the one signed between the Federal Government and main opposition block PH on Sept 13. PH comprises PKR, DAP, Amanah and Upko.
