Kota Kinabalu: The signing of a proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Pakatan Harapan Sabah (PH Sabah) and the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) State Government is subject to mutual agreement, said PH Sabah Chairman Datuk Christina Liew.
“We have almost completed the preliminary draft of the proposed MoU. Any conclusion is subject to mutual agreement on the terms of bipartisan cooperation with the Government.
