Kota Kinabalu: United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (Upko) Deputy Treasurer, George Teo, said Sabah will continue to remain poor for generations to come if the Federal Government continues to give second class treatment to the State.George, who is also Upko Head of Budget Committee, said the 12th Malaysia Plan announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri failed to address the basic needs of Sabahans.
