Kota Kinabalu: Sabah property developer, K.T.I. Sdn Bhd recently completed preparatory building works on The Logg, its first and most ambitious mixed-development project in Luyang.With site operations now fully resumed, the project is scheduled to be completed in four years. The project is financed by Sabah Development Bank (SDB).

According to a statement Tuesday, this iconic project has a gross development value (GDV) of RM900 million and will see the company expanding its role into prime urban redevelopment and township creation following an illustrious achievement in the affordable housing market.
The Logg has been eight years in the planning with no expense spared to engage a legion of renown consultants to oversee the architectural design, interior design, landscape and retail tenancy to revitalise Luyang and make it the lifestyle destination of choice for locals and tourists, it said.
Its two towers of luxurious condominiums, Shorea and Astoria, are complemented by a shopping boulevard, a 4-star international hotel and an apartment block surrounded by stunning landscaped gardens that will set the epitome of urban living in Kota Kinabalu.
“The lifestyle mall at The Logg will be the first of its kind in Sabah and has been specially curated by Savills Malaysia to include a selection of well-known food and beverage brands, alongside a supermarket and other lifestyle conveniences such as early childhood development centres, health and wellness outlets and community amenities.

“Every expectation has been carefully considered to ensure a seamless experience from parking to the plethora of shops in the mall to the hotel for a relaxing and fun-filled stay with a multitude of bespoke services and facilities.
