Kota Kinabalu: Kota Belud will undergo transformation to become a bustling urban centre through an upcoming project of building a Smart City Township known as “Bandar Digital Tun Said.”Qhazanah Sabah Bhd (QSB), the State Government’s strategic investment arm, initiated the new ICT-driven satellite township, located about five kilometres from Kota Belud, by teaming up with renowned developer Berjaya Land Bhd (B-Land), a subsidiary of Berjaya Corporation Berhad to develop the township.
