Kota Kinabalu: The Upper Interior team won the inaugural Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin (BMR) Cup Under-18 football tournament 5-4 on penalties against South West Coast after the tightly contested final ended 0-0 following extra time at Likas Stadium on Sunday night.With the victory, the champions took home RM30,000 cash and the losing finalists received RM20,000, while Central Zone who defeated North East Coast 3-0 in the third place play-off were rewarded with RM15,000 with RM5,000 presented to North East Coast.
