Kota Kinabalu: The controversial Nature Conservation Agreement (NCA) involving monetising the State’s forests in a yet-to-be-fully explained carbon trading deal took a new twist, Wednesday, with two letters that went viral in social media which added more confusion.
The Sabah Attorney-General’s Chambers confirmed that a letter issued by it to a Singapore company seeking further clarification on certain matters, the first to go viral, was genuine.
