Kota Kinabalu: Discover what Parklane Villa (Vila Saujana Ria) has to offer – spacious living area, contemporary design and convenience – at a show house of the latest residential project by the WSG Group in Papar.WSG Group Managing Director Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen said the show house of a double- storey terrace house to be displayed at Benoni Show Gallery, located at Shoplot 39-42, Benoni Commercial Centre, would be officially launched by her mother, Datin Seri Chen Si Mui, tomorrow (Saturday) at 10am.

“Parklane Villa comprises 180 units of double-storey terrace houses priced from RM490,000 onwards. The built-up area for intermediate and corner units are 2,460 square feet (sf) and 3,420 sf respectively. Phase 1 of Parklane Villa was launched in June 2020, followed by Phase 2 in September last year.
“To date, about 50 per cent of the houses have been sold,” she said.
Susan said Parklane Villa is located opposite Benoni Commercial Centre, the company’s first development in Benoni, Papar, and adjacent to an up-and-coming commercial project, Parklane City Benoni.
Under the WSG Group’s masterplan, she said Benoni Gardens, Benoni Commercial Centre, Parklane City and Parklane Villa are poised to become a vibrant satellite township in Papar that integrate residential, commercial and leisure.

“The entire development covers an area of 100 acres along the Pan Borneo Highway, 40 acres of which are designated for Benoni Commercial Centre and Benoni Gardens, and the remaining 60 acres earmarked for Parklane City, Parklane Villa and future projects.
“Parklane City consists of 88 units of two-storey (64 units) and three-storey shoplots (24 units). The three-storey shoplots are expected to obtain occupancy certificate (OC) in June 2022 and the two-storey shoplots by end of next year. Phase 3 of Parklane City, which comprises 50 units of two-storey shoplots Servay Hypermarket and McDonald drive-through restaurant, which are expected to be launched in 2022,” Susan said.

Meanwhile, she said the completed Benoni Commercial Centre has a total of 180 two and three-storey shoplots, including Servay Hypermarket, KFC and Pizza Hut. On the other hand, Benoni Gardens houses 234 units, divided into two 13-storey residential towers. Tower A was completed in June 2019 while Tower B is expected to obtain OC in June 2022.
