Kota Kinabalu: The Youth and Sports Ministry needs an additional allocation of RM1 million to upgrade the Sabah Sports Science Centre.
Its Minister Datuk Ellron Angin said the amount required is to provide minimal facilities and to implement the High Talent Identification Programme for the development of sports in Sabah and to produce quality athletes.
