Kota Kinabalu: Sabah's new Covid-19 cases today went up again to 42 after yesterday's low, according to an update shared by the spokesman for the crisis, Datuk Masidi Manjun.

Today's number was 15 more than yesterday's figure, which was among the lowest since the Omicron wave began early February.

Ten districts recorded increases in new cases while five others saw decreases. Twelve districts registered the same number of cases as the previous day.

Thirty-eight of today's cases were asymptomatic or light infections while the remaining four required hospitalisation and admission into the ICU.
