Kota Kinabalu: Commerce and Technical Training Institute (ILTP) students who graduated on Thursday were encouraged to venture into entrepreneurship and not rely on living paycheck-to-paycheck.In making the call, Special Tasks Minister Datuk Mohd Arifin Mohd Arif said with the training acquired from completing courses under ILTP of the Human Resource Development Department (JPSM), graduates are capable of becoming employers themselves.
