Kota Kinabalu: The cries of 252 serviced unit owners in Ming Garden Residence here persist after an estimated RM7 million in rental arrears owed by the Sabah Urban Development Corporation (SUDC) remains unpaid.What seemed like a lucrative investment, to bank on the influx of Chinese tourists pre-pandemic, coupled with the backing from the Government, has turned into a nightmare as home owners are being haunted by loan repayments without ever receiving the house keys.
