Kota Kinabalu: Eleven Sabahans comprising 10 women and one man have been called up by the Malaysia Rugby for phase one selection trial to be conducted in Padang Utama, Petaling Jaya and University Putra Malaysia.It is to select players to represent the country in the Asia Rugby Seven Series 2022 to be held over three legs in Thailand, South Korea and UAE this October and November.
Sabah Rugby Union (SRU) President Vella Tan in a statement released on Friday said they are very proud of the players shortlisted.
