PAPAR: Former Sabah Water Department Director Datuk Ir Ts Dr Amarjit Singh whom was appointed under the then Warisan Plus-led State Government, has joined Democratic Action Party (DAP) Sabah, here, Wednesday.He held the post from 2018 to 2020 and during his time, he managed to cut non-revenue water (NRD) from 56pc to 52pc.
