“Apart from the general trend of increase in demand for industrial space post Covid-19, industrialists and business professionals were looking for industrial space in Lok Kawi and other KK South areas to relocate their warehouses and factories from flood-hit areas of congested Inanam and Kolombong,” said MIEA Vice President Kelvin Yip who represented President Chan Ai Cheng.
