Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) lauded the Sabah Government’s initiative to pass the amended Temporary Measures Enactment to reduce the effects of Covid-19 pandemic for the housing industry.
The enactment was meant for the extension of the exemption period from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.

It was read and presented by Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun during the State Legislative Assembly sitting.
