Kota Kinabalu: Daily Express was invited to view AIRA Residence, which is Selangor Properties Sdn Bhd’ exemplar of ultra-luxury living in Malaysia, being a low density fully completed prestigious hilltop residential development, recently.

There was certainly an air of Chinese New Year festivity at the lobby with its red items decoration at this prestigious address with the auspicious No. 8 (represents prosperity in Chinese lingo), situated at the hilltop of Jalan Batai in the coveted lands of Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.

Conveniently accessible and situated, AIRA Residence commands spectacular views of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre skyline, Mont Kiara and Petaling Jaya, with great Feng Shui (wind and water) geomancy attributes on its location. The natural pleasant windy ventilation of AIRA Residence has to be felt to appreciate the desirable feature of its design and locality, with its many water-built features that enhance cooling ambience amidst a calm, tranquil quiet environment.

Beside the vast swimming infinity pool with cascading water feature and view of the KL skyline with Merdeka 118 seen which is the world’s second highest tower.

This was assessed by Joey Yap, the founder of the Mastery Academy of Chinese Metaphysics and Chief Consultant of the Joey Yap Consulting Group. Yap is one of the world’s foremost authorities in Chinese Metaphysics and a prolific author of 182 books.

The assessment by the Joey Yap Group shows the strong Qi elements of AIRA Residence and its surroundings as the ultra-luxury condominium project designed by award-winning design cognoscenti for comfort and serenity is sited in a magnificent enclave nestled amongst the essentials of the city centre, with spectacular views.

According to Joey, AIRA Residence has positive external features that encourage Qi (energy) flow. The highest point from Jalan Batai is at the southwest area of Tower A where Qi starts to flow.

“As the road leading into AIRA Residence’s main entrance from Jalan Batai is flat, this feature slows down the Qi and makes it easier for it to flow into AIRA Residence.

“The fire brigade entrance also transitions from an elevated angle of Jalan Batai downwards the common areas in AIRA and this makes it easier for Qi to flow in.

“Tower A is facing directly to a range of mountains known as the Dragon. This mountain has three peaks which promote good education, knowledge, ideas, intelligence and wisdom.

“Further into the horizon, 2-3 layers of mountains which are known as the Dragon is an indication that the Qi surrounding this area can benefit at least two to three generations to come.”

The Kuala Lumpur CBD skyline as seen from AIRA Residence, 5 km away, (from left to right ) with 4 highest skyscrapers - Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower, Exchange 106 and Merdeka 118.

There are certainly a lot of built water features seen at AIRA Residence by the Daily Express team.

“The Infinity Pool located at the North Direction from Tower B is a positive water direction in Period 9, prosperous from 2017 to 2043.

“The biotic ponds located in the Southwest sector are positive water features that can pull in Qi flow to AIRA Residence,” Joey explained.

For those looking for an attractive investment opportunity in the prestigious AIRA Residence development, there is the AIRA ‘Investor Prosperity Package’ which offers an attractive guaranteed financial return on a freehold Tower B unit, backed by Selangor Properties Sdn. Bhd.

AIRA Residence has two blocks – Tower A and Tower B. Tower A is a whole new 18-storey tower with a sleek modern façade highlighted with generous glazing, concrete and aluminium cladding, with lush landscaping. This green development comprises 105 units, ranging from 250 sqm to 718 sqm (2700 sq. ft. to 7730 sq. ft.) with private gardens and sky gardens in-built for selected units and the penthouse. With 6 units per floor with a private elevator for each unit, now that is surely a luxury.

With only four units on each level, every Tower B apartment is a corner unit delighting in the cooling hill-top cross breezes with units of approximately 1,894 sq. ft. Tower B compliments the harmonious architecture between the exterior and interior elements with a design sympathetic to the building’s original features injected with a lively contemporary spirit with sophisticated colour hews and earthly lines. The enhanced aesthetics with flowing functionality of your personal space come together to define a varied yet cohesive ambiance.
