8 police officers detained to assist murder investigation

KOTA KINABALU: Eight police officers have been detained to assist in the investigation of a murder case in Tawau.
Confirming this, Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Idris Abdullah said the detainees have also been remanded for seven days.
"The case is still under investigation and a press conference will be held after the investigation is completed," he said in a statement, Saturday.
