Sabah to host Mr Police bodybuilding championship

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah will be hosting the Mr Police Chief of Police Cup BodyBuilding Championship to be held at the Kota Kinabalu Police Headquarters’ multi-purpose hall in Kepayan from February 8-11.Organising chairman Datuk Zabidi Md Zain, who is also the State Police Management Head, said the competition is jointly organised by the Bukit Aman Police Sports Council and the Sabah Contingent Police Headquarters and they are expecting some 50 participants from 10 contingents.

He also called on the public to take part in the open category organised by the State Police Department which caters for the below 70kg and over 70kg as well as the men’s physique.
“In addition to the closed category, we will also be organising the open category and we welcome the participation of the general public,” he said.
