Industrial properties’ transacted value in Sabah up 31pc
The developer, Crest Megaway, is also gracious with its 261 car park and lorry spaces in a span of 7.38 acres with a low density of only 37 units.
Kota Kinabalu: Industrial properties’ transacted value in Sabah have increased steadily for about 31 per cent from the Movement Control Order (MCO) period until now, according to The Gallery Kolombong Chairman Datuk James Hwang. 

He said the main growth was attributed by logistic and logistic-related companies during the MCO period where more food and beverages outlets are moving into industrial areas in Kolombong and Inanam. 

“To tap into the ever increasing demand of industrial properties, [email protected] Kolombong recently launched their 37 units of modern and contemporary design commercial/warehouse,” he said.

With a built up area of 6,340sq ft to 13,845 sq ft and a built in 12-passenger lift, it will definitely provide sufficient space for SMEs that are growing from the usual 5,000-6,000 sq ft built up warehouse in Kolombong. 

The developer, Crest Megaway, is also gracious with its 261 car park and lorry spaces in a span of 7.38 acres with a low density of only 37 units.

It comes with mainly three and four storeys building with a land size of 26’x100’, 40’x80’ and 40’x100’ on a 999 years leasehold.

In conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebration, Crest Megaway is extending an invitation for those that are keen to own a unit to come to the site today from 12pm-5pm.
