Norlale Yusof, in her 50s, bemoaned having to purchase at least three boxes of mineral water daily, saying it is financially and physically taxing.
“It has been five days without water. My husband is a stroke survivor, so I have to carry the boxes to the first floor. I can imagine what it’s like for those living on the third.
