“Try to think that if the patient’s place is located far in the interior some 100 km and they need dialysis services three times a week at the hospital, they have to bear high and burdensome fares.

“Payment for dialysis services is not a problem for them because they only have to pay RM13 which is charged by the hospital but their transportation for a single dialysis reaches RM150 to RM200.
