TAWAU: The delay in completing the Cinta Mata Water Dam Project at Gudang Empat here is due to the Covid-19 pandemic which had caused the supply of skilled labour from China to be disrupted, said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Ir Shahelmey Yahya.

Shahelmey, who is also Public Works Minister, said the manpower required are now available and have restarted the stalled works.
