ibis Styles promises fulfilling ‘sungkai’

Kota Kinabalu: With an amazing spread of about 80 dishes, Citarasa ibis Styles Selera Kampung Buffet promises a fulfilling “sungkai” for dinner patrons during Ramadan.

ibis Styles Kota Kinabalu General Manager Puvan Abdullah said the buffet offered at the hotel’s Gabion Bistro is prepared in collaboration with Adabi.

“The culinary team lead by Chef Nadzrie Ismail has carefully put together a wondrous buffet menu specially created with emphasis on our Malaysian heritage while preserving authenticity of our local flavours,” he said.

Citarasa ibis Styles Selera Kampung Buffet comprises a myriad of local delights such as chicken shawarma, beef rendang, grilled seafood and many more.

Also featuring the hawker stalls-esque section which features roasted lamb station, grilled chicken wing, squid, fish and satay, as well as fritters.

As for dessert, there is a variety of local traditional “kuih” and sweet treats.

The Citarasa ibis Styles Selera Kampung Buffet will be available from March 25 - April 20, from 6pm onwards daily.

Early bird purchases are also available now until March 20 and there will also be lucky draws to be held daily during the buffet.

Dinner patrons wishing to perform solat tarawih can also do so at the hotel’s dedicated male and female surau.
