JTU rampas jentera terbabit korek pasir haram

PITAS: Jabatan Tanah dan Ukur (JTU) merampas jentera berat yang digunakan dalam aktiviti mengorek dan mengambil pasir sungai secara haram di Kampung Bawang, di sini, Khamis lalu.
Pengarahnya Datuk Sr. Bernard Liew Chau Min memaklumkan, satu pasukan unit penguatkuasa menyerbu tapak tersebut selepas menerima maklumat dan risikan daripada Pejabat Tanah Pitas.“Pengusaha terlibat mengorek dan mengambil pasir di kawasan sungai itu tidak mempunyai sebarang kebenaran dan lesen untuk menjalankan aktiviti sebegitu di tapak tersebut.
