PENAMPANG: First-time homebuyers are encouraged to take advantage of the stamp duty exemptions for houses valued at less than RM500,000.Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam said such exemption was among major incentives in the RM386.14 billion Federal Budget 2023 tabled by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
