Kuala Lumpur: Tourist arrivals for Malaysia and Indonesia are expected to rise following the signing of a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) between Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (Matta)and Indonesian Travel Agents Association (Astindo) and the Association of the Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies (Asita) recently.
The MOU which was sealed by Matta President Datuk Tan Kok Laing and Astindo President Pauline Suharno was held early this week in Kuala Lumpur and witnessed by Indonesian Minister of Tourism Bapak Sandiaga Uno.

All the parties agreed to combine their assets and expertise with the common goal of promoting tourism for both countries.
