THE National Registration Department (JPN) Tawau office and residential building project at Jalan Kuhara worth RM20 million is finally ready after more than five years.
Home Affairs Ministry Secretary-General Datuk Ruji Ubi said the project was approved under the 11th Malaysia Plan (RMK11) in 2016 and started on Sept 19, 2017.

The Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC) was issued after five years, five months and 19 days. He said, the project is currently in a one-year defect liability period that ends on March 9, 2024.
