Kota Kinabalu: Holding dialogues are more constructive than demonstrations over the acute water problem in Sepanggar and other areas in Sabah, said Sepanggar MP Mustapha Sakmud.
He was responding to a call to stage a “riot” today (Monday) outside the Water Department by affected groups.

He said the real issue in Sepanggar is insufficiency of water from the Telibong and Moyog plants as both are operating beyond their limits.
