Tax Free Zone plans for Pulau Banggi

KUDAT: The proposal to make Pulau Banggi a Tax Free Zone by establishing the Kudat Banggi Development Authority (KUBDA) will bring sustainable development to Kudat and nearby areas.Kudat MP Datuk Verdon Bahanda said establishing a transhipment hub under the proposal would catalyse progress in the area.
He said the proposal paper had been submitted to the State Government last February, which received a positive reaction from Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.
