SANDAKAN: Former Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal expressed concern over the current water and electricity crisis in Sabah, saying this should be the bigger priority and not the Pan Borneo Highway.

“Not the Pan Borneo Highway. This water is the main need for everything such as homes, schools and hospitals. This is a matter that needs to be given priority by the current leadership to be overcome as soon as possible,” he said.
